2.Cleaning Process with a 50L Portable CIP  Cleaning System:

1)Pre-Rinse:

The operator connects the system to the equipment and starts the pre-rinse to flush out debris and loose materials using water.

The rinse water is circulated through the system using the built-in pump.

2)Caustic or Acid Wash:

A caustic solution (for organic residue removal) or acid solution (for mineral deposit removal) is introduced into the system.

The pump circulates the cleaning solution through the spray balls or nozzles, ensuring it reaches all surfaces of the equipment.

3)Intermediate Rinse:

Once the cleaning solution has done its job, the system rinses the equipment with water to flush out any remaining cleaning chemicals.

4)Sanitizing Rinse:

A sanitizing agent such as peracetic acid or another sanitizer is circulated through the system to ensure the equipment is sterilized and ready for the next production cycle.

5)Final Rinse (Optional):

Some cleaning protocols may include a final rinse with clean water to remove any residual sanitizer, depending on the product requirements.

3.Advantages of a 50L Portable CIP Cleaning System:

1)Flexibility:

The portable nature of the system allows it to be used on multiple tanks or pieces of equipment in different locations, reducing the need for multiple cleaning systems.

2)Cost-Effective:

Smaller and more affordable than larger, stationary CIP systems, making it ideal for smaller operations or facilities with limited budgets.

3)Efficient Cleaning:

Ensures that all surfaces inside the tank or equipment are cleaned thoroughly, improving hygiene and product quality.

4)Labor-Saving:

Reduces manual cleaning labor and the need to disassemble equipment for cleaning, saving time and reducing downtime.

5)Water and Chemical Savings:

Recirculation capabilities help conserve water and cleaning chemicals, making the system more environmentally friendly and cost-effective in the long term.
