47HL and 108HL Open Top Wine Fermenters in SA, Australia

This customer is from SA, Australia, They have ordered 4x108HL+1x47HL open top wine fermenters from our factory in June, and we arranged the delivery to them at beginning of August and they just installed the tanks, they reflect that the wine fermenters is very well!  

1.The specification list for 47HL and 108HL Open Top Wine Fermenters as follows:

1).Sanitary Stainless steel 304, thickness of material:2.5mm; 

2).Total capacity: 47HL and 108HL;

3).Open-top;

4). It will be used for red wine;

5). 0.75″Sample valve;

6).2″Wine outlet and drain outlet assembly, BSM connection;

7).Dimple cooling jacket(glycol inlet/outlet at the back of tank);

8).Fully welded cladding;

9).Side rectangle manway and the size for the side manway is 530mmx430mm;

10).The side door should be 1000mm from the ground (height);

11).PT100 temperature Probe;

12). 2″Breather valve on the top of tank;

13).Sloped bottom;

14).Bimetallic thermometer;
